The price was great - 4 full size windows for $1400 and the windows are of excellent qualify. Without changing our thermostat, our home's interior went up 2 degrees. We are so happy with them that we have scheduled to do the remaining windows in our house with them.

The salesman was helpful and not in the least pushy. His prices were reasonable, in my opinion. The installer foreman, Albert, was very nice and able to communicate with me adequately. I was a little concerned about that initially because all 3 installers were Hispanic, and 2 of them spoke no English. However, it worked out fine. Albert is bilingual. He speaks English fluently. They did a workmanlike job and cleaned up after themselves.

Jim Poe was very complete in advising what he could do, who his siding applicators were and why he thought they were very good. He demonstrated his product, the form fitting insulation, and wrote up a contract that was understandable, reasonably complete, and quoted a reasonable price, that was acceptable to our insurance company. The installers are not quite complete, but from the work they have done to date they are efficient and good at fitting all aspects of the insulation. It is looking very nice
